I ensure you are seen, heard, and known.
I believe that we all deserve to spend time cultivating our mental and emotional wellbeing, and that everyone's needs are unique depending on their particular biology, life experiences, and current stage in life. I am honored to journey together with my patients as they find the balance between acceptance and change, and make their way in healing, peace, and feeling better! /

I am conscious of therapeutic inertia.
Psychiatric medications can be extremely helpful in alleviating mental and emotional distress, but therapeutic inertia is quite common and many individuals end up on medications that have no clear contribution. To establish an effective treatment regimen, I combine knowledge of psychopharmacology with a nuanced understanding of patients' concerns and experiences with medications. /

I am committed to evidence-based care.
Familiarity with research on medications and therapy is essential to high-quality care. I'm committed to staying abreast of advances and changes in the field, communicating the data with my patients in a practical and easily digestible way, and judiciously using this evidence to tailor treatment plans. I also remain open and flexible to new approaches, always with transparency and care. /
